Add "QUOTE or REPLY TO" option inside of Live Chat thread#28

Another Chat widget that I used to use (Froged) has an option for either the Live agent or the customer to “QUOTE” or “REPLY-TO” a specific comment in the thread inside of the Live chat message.
All we need to do was highlight the part of the message that we want to “quote” & the customer will see that we are replying to that exact question that was asked (Similar to how its done on Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger)
